Barclays were changing the way financial products are sold and found itself needing a national sales arm to sell its financial products.
Task: to recruit nationally 1500 high quality financial advisers over 2 years. This was achieved using a combination of innovative national advertising, telephone screening, assessment centres and interviews.
Result: Target recruitment numbers were achieved ahead of timescales and budget.
